Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Customers can cancel orders before dispatch through the "Cancel Order" option or by contacting customer support.
After Dispatch
Orders for perishable goods cannot be cancelled once dispatched due to their nature and cannot be restocked.
By Digi Rythu Bazaar
We may cancel orders due to non-availability, quality issues, logistics constraints, or payment/security concerns. Full refunds are issued.
Important: In case of Digi Rythu Bazaar-initiated cancellations, full refunds will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Return & Replacement Policy
Return the product within 1 days. We will deliver the replacement within 2 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as vegetables and fruits are not returnable once delivered, unless there are valid quality issues.

We accept returns and replacements for:
- Damaged or spoiled items - visibly compromised products
- Wrong product or quantity delivered - items not matching your order
- Items unfit for consumption - products that cannot be safely used
Reporting Window
Issues must be reported within 4–24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. This allows us to verify the claim and process resolutions promptly.
Evidence Required: Clear photographs or video recordings showing the damaged or incorrect items are essential for claim verification and approval.
Refund Policy
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
Processing Method
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds
Partially defective orders receive partial refunds proportional to the items affected. We'll adjust the refund based on verified damage.
Transparent Processing: You'll receive a notification once your refund request is approved and another when it's processed.

This Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy is subject to the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this policy rests with the courts located in Andhra Pradesh.
